Description An established MNC that manufactures electronic handling equipment and thermal equipment for semiconductor industry is looking for a Procurement Engineer and a Planner (2 positions)

Salary: $2000 to $3000
Working Hours: Office Hours
Location: Kallang

Job Responsibilities (Procurement Engineer):
• Negotiate with suppliers on leadtime, cost and quality
• Perform qualification of suppliers for fabrication works
• Conduct feasibility studies, document and publish results for replacement with local parts
• Maintain high level documentation on Approved Vendor List and procurement system
• Others

Job Responsibilities (Planner):
• Provide interface between sales and procurement in regards to lead time
• Generate OTD reports based on Syspro sales order
• Maintain high level documentation on Approved Vendor List and procurement system
• Work closely with Sales Admin in understanding of inventory spare level
• Compute cost of manufacturing vs sales
• Maintain history of purchased part by customer by part number
• Others

Job Requirements (Procurement Engineer and Planner):
• Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics
• Fresh Graduate with one year working experience in automation company
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound technical decisions
• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control an advantage
• Positive attitude for continuous improvement
• Knowledge of drawing relative to machine control ( CNC and Lathe ) – Applicable for Procurement Engineer only
• Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Residents only
