Description An established IT Solutions Provider is looking for IT Support Personnel (Helpdesk)

Salary: $1600 to $1900 depending on experience
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Location: Paya Lebar or Onsite

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide phone support and subsequently remotely connect to their computers to assist further via the SMS remote control tool.
• Provide onsite support.
• Setup of new PC/notebook and creation of new user accounts on Active Directory for staff and managed changes in their domain groups or logging scripts.
• Remedy is used to log and track any cases handled.
• Compile reports for the day as well as send out notifications for any priority one or two incidents to the manager.
• Ensure all IT equipment have minimum downtime.
• Managing and updating of inventories of IT equipment as well as software.
• Troubleshooting of all hardware problems including those from PC, notebooks, printers, visualizers, projectors and scanners.
• Follow standard help desk procedures
• Redirect problems to appropriate resource

Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related IT field is required for this position.
• Preferably junior executives specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Software or equivalent
• Experience in managing and supporting desktop and server.
• Experience in Windows server administration, TCP/IP networks, router, switches and other networking system will be advantage
• Experience in Video conferencing, AV Product such as projector is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication / interpersonal skill
• Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status
